Provides instant height adjustment from 13-1/2" to 20" Seat mount is diecast aluminum with heavy duty black powder-coat finish. Activator handle works by lifting up or pushing downward. For additional protection from the elements, the post is manufactured in SS. Swivels a full 360 deg.. The cylinder is protected by a stainless steel sleeve.
