Allows a swivel seat to be installed to bench seat in aluminum or fiberglass boat. Holes are predrilled for attaching seat to seat box and holes predrilled for attaching seat box to bench seat in boat. Seat box sets the swivel seat approximately 3-3/4'' higher. A slot in the boat box allows for storage under the seat. Constructed of aluminum.
