Plain Silver 1-1/2 Oz.
So named because we leave off our hammered pattern and produce a smooth sparkling finish that provides a more adhesive surface to which prismatic tapes may be affixed. Tapes provide color which has long been asked for by fishermen to complement Hopkins matchless action. A darker tape is applied to one side of the lure and a lighter one to the other to simulate the backs and bellies of baitfish. Eyes are added for realism and are placed at the hook end of the lure. This is done because many Game Fish swallow their prey head first. So, it is important that the first contact with the lure be the hook. Tops for Bass (Hybrids, White, Largemouth, Smallmouth, and Stripers), Walleye, trout, Seat trout, and many others. |
