RAMS MOUNT RAM-B-138-GA1 ALUMINUM DASH MOUNT
Desc: 1" Diameter Ball

The RAM Marine Grade Aluminum Dash Mount consists of the 1'' dia. ball and socket system with RAM Plastic Cradle for the Garmin GPS 38, 12, 12CX, 12XL and 12MAP.

BASE DESIGN:
The Marine Grade Aluminum Universal Plate has a 1.0'' diameter Rubber Ball connected at right angles to a 2.5'' diameter Plate. The plate has pre-drilled holes in the base plate, including the universal AMPS hole pattern.

NOTE: This base plate will attach to any of the RAM plastic HOL holders, but generally the RAM-B-238 Diamond Plate is used.

MOUNTING SOLUTIONS:
Mounting hardware is NOT included with the purchase of the RAM-B-202. A semi-permanent solution for mounting this base is by using the RAM double sided adhesive disk (RAM-202PSA). The disk will hold the RAM-B-202 base is many different locations without screws.

ARM DESIGN:
The Powder Coated Marine Grade Aluminum Standard Length Double Socket Arm is 3.0'' long when measured between socket centers.

CRADLE DESIGN:
The RAM high strength plastic cradle is designed to hold the following GPS units,

? Garmin GPS 12CX
? Garmin GPS 12XL
? Garmin GPS 12MAP
? Garmin GPS 38

All cables can stay connected to the unit while in the RAM cradle.

PLACING YOUR GPS INTO THE CRADLE:
Place the top of the GPS into the cradle, and then push the base into the expandable 'arms' at the bottom of the cradle. The 'arms' will snap into place when the GPS is completely in the cradle.
