The surface mount remote has all the features of the flush mount AQ-WR-102F. It installs easily in the cockpit area or swim platform of your boat not to mention many RV applications. It has the ability to control other 12 volt sources. You can add up to three additional wired remotes if you choose. Since it has a sensor, you can just point the wireless AQ-IRR (it floats) at the wired remote to adjust the media centre or control a 12 volt source.
