The Classic series stands the test of time. It's the all around reel everyone grow up with, only it has grown up too. Well known for its versatility, the classic series can be found trolling lakes for walleye, pitching baits to bass, down rigging for salmon or softly casting live bait to schools of breezing tuna. Line burning fish don't have a chance dancing against the Classic's newly enlarged, incredibly smooth, multi-disc drag system. The lightweight one -piece graphite frames and the heavy-duty brass and stainless gearing are the keys to the versatility of these reels.
The Classic Pro, with the addition of a two ball bearing drive, and the super smooth Rulidium drags. The large size CL-552 and CL-552W offer the ideal reel for general offshore fishing. These reels feature an oversized, forward positioned gear box for maximum cranking power and drag range.
