Neck sizing Collet die. Collet squeezes case neck against a mandrel centered in the case by the decapping pin. Die does not rub case so no lube is required. Bullet seating die has dead length bullet seater which removes press play and assures exact seating depth. In box with shell holder and powder dipper.
