Shipping Most orders are shipped within 2 - 3 business days. Most UPS ground orders arrive 3 - 5 business days from the date of shipment. UPS Air orders to Alaska & Hawaii will still take 2-3 business days to process before shipping. Some fishing and paintball items may take longer than 2-3 business days to ship.
We are not UPS so We do not guarantee UPS delivery times.
We will not ship outside of the United States for any Reason.
We use UPS for all orders and they will not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.Tracking your order UPS tracking numbers are sent out by email when orders are shipped. Product Warranties All warranties, stated or implied, are held with the product manufacturer and they vary from item to item. Consult the documentation that came with your purchase for details. Returns YOU MUST CONTACT US FOR A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER BEFORE SENDING ANYTHING BACK TO US. OUR WAREHOUSE WILL REFUSE ALL PACKAGES WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. J & M WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING SENT TO US WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. J & M will not accept returns for merchandise that has been used in any way and/or not in resellable condition. If any item has been used and discovered to be defective, it must go back to the manufacturer for repair or replacment. Some items J & M will NOT issue RA numbers for any reason (even if we are contacted within the 10 days after the date of delivery). J & M Will Not issue RA numbers if we are contacted any time over the 10 days from date of delivery - no exceptions. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. have been mounted on firearms we consider to be in USED Condition and will not be accepted for return. Placing the scope in rings constitutes mounting. We are unable to process returns on ammunition due to liability and safety issues. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. If we send you the wrong ammunition by mistake, we will issue you a 20% discount for the ammunition you received. However, it cannot be returned. Items may be returned only in the original packing, and all documentation must be included. We do not pay for return shipping on any products, including unwanted and/or defective merchandise. Based on the manufacturer's and our supplying warehouse's policies, some defective products must be sent back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. We want you to be satisfied with your purchases from our Online Store. If you need to return your order send us an e-mail with the product information, date of purchase, and the reason you are returning it, within 10 days from the date of delivery, and we'll make immediate arrangements for returning it. Order Cancellation Orders cannot be canceled after have been picked, packed, and/or shipped. If the order has been loaded on to the UPS truck, even though it is not trackable through UPS, it constitutes as shipped in our system. Therefore, it cannot be canceled. If after an order ships, you decide you do not want the product, you still must accept the shipment, request a Return Authorization Number, and return the package per our instructions.Unwanted Items Only most new, unused equipment (unless otherwise noted), items may be returned for a full refund (minus freight charges and 15% restocking fee) within 10 days of date of delivery, provided the items are returned to us freight pre-paid. Defective Items Defective items must be sent back to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Out of stock items If all items in your order are out of stock, then the order will be cancelled. If only part of your order is out of stock, then it is per our policy that we ship out those items that are still available. J & M Supply does not back order items that are out of stock. Oversized Orders Orders or items that are considered oversized by UPS standards may have additional shipping charges added to them that are not reflected in your online invoice at time of checkout.
